Aha Support Engineer

Key responsibilities:

Manage user licenses (add/remove); all CHC users can obtain non-licensed access through Ping One; started work with IIQ to automate some of this via roles (WIP)

o Reclaim licenses for users that have not logged in the last 3 months

Inactivate term users each month/quarter

Aha! SME activities

o Manage workspace lines + workspaces; users with Owner rights can create a workspace, but they are unable to move or sort in the hierarchy and have none of the permissions for workspace lines administration

o General support questions; answers should be in support of the framework established during initial onboarding (supporting playback can be provided)

o Reporting support

o Integration support; we currently integrate with JIRA and Azure DevOps Server/TFS (Enterprise Imaging only) for all product workspaces

Required Skills: Very good understanding of the Aha functionality, administration, and integration to other tools / systems
