Are you an Echocardiography Technologist looking for an exciting PRN opportunity If so Sibley Memorial Hospital in Washington DC has the perfect opportunity for you!

The Cardiac Sonographer/Echocardiography Technologist performs 2D Mmode colorflow pulsed and continuous wave Doppler on adult patients throughout the hospital. Assists the physician with Tranesophageal contrast doubtamine and stress echocardiophy. Cross trains personnel from department into echocardiography.

Shift:

Casual/On Call

Must work Fridays. Possible other days as needed.

Qualifications for the Cardiac Sonographer/ Echolcardiography Technologist

• Successful completion of a recognized AMA or AMA equivalent allied health program for diagnostic medical cardiac sonography.
• Must hold a Cardiac Registration through ARDMS.
• Vascular registration is preferred.
• Current CPR Certification is mandatory.
• A minimum of two years of handson experience in Echocardiography.
