Software Development Engineer Intern - Remote

Role Overview:

McAfee is offering an undergraduate internship in the McAfee Localization Group - Automation/QA/Tools Dev/Digital Marketing functions.

This is a remote internship in Ireland. We will only consider candidates currently in Ireland and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.

About the Job:

This internship is based in the Platform Development team within the Localization Group at McAfee.
This team is responsible for developing, Supporting & Maintaining bespoke Solutions, Platforms & infrastructure to support the McAfee Business in enabling localization to take our Products, content, and other artifacts to an International Audience.
As part of a team of Developers partake in the development of new Features
Write well-formatted, commented, and readily-understood code.
Write and edit unit tests to verify the integrity of code developed
Partake in Code Reviews
Create Documentation to help application usability
Using Modern development practices such as Continuous Development / Continuous Integration to drive code quality.
QA (Quality Assurance) Automated & Manual.
Playing a full role in the scrum processes of the team.
