ROLE SUMMARY:


Anheuser-Busch is seeking talent to join our Beyond Beer Business Unit, joining our journey to transform A-B into the fastest beverage company that we cant live without. This business unit was crafted to challenge the beer mentality and to drive focus in a rapidly growing beverage category. Reporting to the Group VP, Beyond Beer Marketing, the Sr. Director of Marketing Strategy & Finance will be the owner of key projects, processes & operational responsibilities for the Beyond Beer Marketing team including leading the annual business cycle planning process, marketing budget oversight, and senior stakeholder share-outs.



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead annual 3-year and 1-year planning cycle process to set and define brand priorities and plans
Lead strategic projects connected to Beyond Beer priorities to drive informed strategy, decision-making, and planning for marketing organization/entire business unit
Prepare clear and decision-driving presentation materials to share out to executive-level leadership (e.g. Business Unit President, CMO, Board of Directors) as well as broader organization (e.g. wholesaler partners)
Lead marketing resource allocation process to adequately support brand plans and drive commercial integration behind key priorities
Oversee entire business unit marketing budget with P&L ownership mindset by tracking and bringing visibility of spend on ongoing basis
Coordinate leadership processes and routines (e.g. team meetings, BB Mktg Leadership Meetings, target monitoring) to align agenda and content across team and organization
Manage and develop team of direct and indirect reports through direction-setting, road-block removal, and career-coaching
Leadership role within business unit with responsibility to drive total business unit engagement and clarity


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Business or a related analytical field.
10+ years of business experience in financial / analytical role
At least 5 years of prior financial planning / management experience preferred. Previous role in commercial finance highly preferred
Highly proficient communicator who can distill complex material into actionable insights and takeaways to drive decisions
Comfortable presenting to senior-level management and collaborating with business partners to drive change management
Excited to work in a constantly evolving and ambiguous environment
Ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally within a large organization
Experience managing direct reports and leading teams
Results-oriented with proven track record of implementing time saving routines and delivering sustainable change
Detail-oriented with strong note taking and presentation building skills



SALARY:
$168,000-$189,000
