Career Transitions is engaged with a leading innovator in their respected industry and due to rapid growth are looking to add a dynamic onsite Customer Service Specialist to their team!

What you are doing as a Customer Service Specialist:

• Enter parts, warranty, and sales orders, then manage through to delivery


• Work closely across other departments to provide exceptional customer service


• Follow existing and/or create new processes to ensure consistency and accuracy


• Respond to general customer inquiries regarding status, issues, or policies


• Create Sales and/or Customer Service reports


• Ability to work within a team environment


• Flexibility to shift priorities as needed


• Help execute company initiatives to improve the overall customer experience

What need as a Customer Service Specialist:

• 1-3 years experience in customer service or account management roles preferred


• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills


• Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task


• Ability to see projects and tasks across varied timelines through to completion


• Additional requirements include familiarity with personal computing software (i.e., MS
  Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)


• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively
  interact with all levels of the organization also required


• Desire to be pro-active and think critically


• Possess a professional demeanor on the phone, via email, and in person
