Job Description
Looking to hire a Bi lingual( English & Thai) Project Coordinator:
Role: Act is Coordinator for owners between Contractors, Architects, Specialized consultants, marketing & Govt agencies.
Must have local knowledge and acquaintances to facilitate various activities for a renovation project.
1. Hospitality knowledge is advantageous but not must.
2. Engineering background ( Civil or Mechanical) preferred.
3. Driving must ( light vehicles or SUV).
4. Self driven with strong communication and problem solving skills.
5. Good negotiation skills for procurement of various materials and services.
5. Must be willing and able to travel in the region as and when needed.
6. Must have strong project management skills with use of tools to monitor, track, report on project progress.
Package:
Salary: 500,000 Thailand Baht per annum
Bonuses: Only on Performance to be discussed and agreed
