Operations Manager (80-100%)

Tasks

We are looking for: A problem solver who will have a critical and highly visible role across the organization, with the ability to convey operational status and issues to multiple levels.

We expect from you: Critical and analytical thinking to develop insights from data and in depth understanding of operational functions and principles, including IT, customer service, production and financial (expense and accounting) management.

What does it mean? You re passionate about supporting your colleagues, experts in their fields, optimizing processes, designing-policies, managing financial cashflow and vendors, and IT processes as well as implementing the best practices.

Requirements

• Operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced environment, and create a vision that can scale quickly
• Ability to think strategically about business challenges using data
• Advanced level of excel for financial analysis, reporting and forecast
• Drive project management solutions and take over OPEX management
• Knowledge of commercial agreements and legal processes, negotiation skills
• Process and change management knowledge
• Familiarity with drones, 3D data, real estate industry, SaaS marketplaces is a plus
