Role- Project Manager

Location- Bethesda, MD (Onsite )

Client- Mindtree

• Looking for Project Manager, with strong Agile project management experience and Strong client management skills, preferably with experience from Revenue Management System
• Experience in managing Big Data Micro Services Data Migration project delivery.
• Good understanding of Delivery methodology and lead teams in implementation of the solution according to the design architecture
• Service Delivery, Project and Program Management, Client Relationship Management
• Touch points with the customer and internal stakeholders.
• First level contact for customer as a channel of communication & coordination
• Owns the overall project delivery
• Works with MI project management team for additional information clarifications, dependencies
• Closely collaborate s with offshore Development teams for end delivery
• Good technical management skills.
• Project management # scope, schedule, and cost
• Monitor and report progress of work, report # risks, issues, challenges and dependencies
  People management (acquire, build and manage project teams)
• Lead all aspects of project planning, documentation, development of success criteria, outcomes measurement and the successful handoff of projects through effective communication
• Prepare budget and resource plans to achieve the SOW.
• Coordinate the use of appropriate tools and techniques to guarantee the progress of the project and changes to the scope and schedule
• Coordinate with Delivery Head and General Manager for Project Portfolio Management Reviews
  Identify and communicate with the customer for any new business opportunities
• Responsible for automating operational activities, adopting lean mythologies and performance optimization
