Job Description
REMOTE contingent worker in Sensors for data analysis or signal processing:
Travel can be expenses back.
Needs to be on-site for 1-2 weeks for initial training, tool installation
Travel on-site at most once every 2 months for in-person discussion
Education: Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or Physics
Experience: At least 2 year of applicable experience
Python or other scripting language experience (good command of language, design practices and understanding of functions/libraries) this could also be MATLAB
NumPy
Pandas
Plotting/charts
Skill Set - Candidates must have some below experience:
Data analysis
Practical experience with statistics (mean, standard deviation, R2, etc.)
Best-fit or time synchronization of multiple data sets
PCA
Signal processing:
Frequency analysis FFT, bode plots
Z-plane analysis - IIR
Digital filters (IIR, FIR, Chebyshev, etc.)
Kalman filtering
Time-frequency analysis Wavelets
Analog signal processing see techniques above
A skills assessment will be required for candidate that will be interviewed. A new test will be created for this position.
