Hardware Design Engineer 9083, 9088, 9089- Remote
Location: Manhattan Beach, CA OR Remote
Pay rate: $50 -$100/hr depending on experience
Multiple positions open at different levels of experience.
NOTE: US Citizenship required
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated candidate to join a team of industry leading FPGA & ASIC Design Engineers. This team specializes in FPGA and ASIC for digital communication products for space applications. The selected candidate will be a pivotal part of the implementation of Digital Communication Designs.
Duties and responsibilities may include but arent limited to:
VHDL design of ASIC and/or FPGA logic.
FPGA and/or ASIC verification via simulation and emulation (lab testing), synthesis, timing analysis, and place and route for FPGA.
FPGA/ASIC design for Space environment or Space Applications.
VHDL design of ASIC and/or FPGA logic.

FPGA/ASIC design for Space environment or Space Applications.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math and minimum 5 years or engineering experience.
Or
Masters Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math and a Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience.
AND
Experienced in one or more of the following VHDL design, ASIC Design or FPGA Design.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain an active Government security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Active Top Secret Clearance, Active SSBI or SCI.
Hands-on lab experience with testing of digital hardware is highly desired.
Experience in Digital Signal Processing designs.
