Candidate should have healthcare / hotel experience
Candidate should have confident to manage 35 - 40 housekeeping staffs
Candidate should have proper staff allocation ski
Ensure the entire hospital clean, hygiene and tidy
Supervising domestic and bio-medical waste management.
Filling up of different departmental documents and records
Assessing and co-coordinating the work of the sub-contractor.
Indenting, receiving and issue of housekeeping cleaning materials
Maintenance of discipline in the department
Liasoning with employees of other departments
Preparation of Duty Roster and allocation of duties of HK Staff.
Strictly monitoring attendance of HK Staff (IN & Out).
Involvement in NABH/Quality Assurance related work of Housekeeping Department & Laundry
Ensure 100% compliance in the Laundry Department
