Our team grew 500% in less than 2 years; today we are over 300 professionals working across Finland, Spain, and Poland to take home buying and selling experience where it should be in the 21st century. This is a fascinating People Operations challenge: to extend focus on HR excellence, support further growth, and continue taking good care of our people we are looking for a People Operations Partner to join our team in Helsinki.

Here are a few challenges we have for you:

  • As a part of the international People Ops team, you will focus on Finland-specific People Ops matters while having an opportunity to tap into or lead global impact HR projects in the company.
  • Your day-to-day tasks will include:
    • Managing payroll and benefits via external service providers.
    • On/off-boarding.
    • HR administration and compliance.
    • Supporting the team in Finland in daily matters on all of the above.

    • The role will develop after the initial phase to include further responsibilities based on your interests, knowledge, and wishes.

  • Interested in continuous improvement of Employee Experience and/or Employer Branding.
  • Interested in the development of Occupational Healthcare and Employee Well-being.
  • Striving for continuous improvement and optimization of the overall People Ops framework.

These will help you to succeed in the role:

  • You don t wait to be told what to do. Instead, you show initiative, use critical thinking, ask questions, make improvement suggestions and take things forward; you take charge of a project at the stage we need to figure this out and get it done.
  • You take pride in professional excellence.
  • You are a people person with great interpersonal skills, able to easily connect with others, listen and exercise empathy.
  • A healthy obsession to get things in order and right. An organized and systematic approach to work.
  • Ability to prioritize, focus and take ownership.
  • Strong sense of work ethic and responsibility.
  • Familiarity with HR tools and software.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication in English; fluency in Finnish is important due to frequent liaising with a multitude of Finnish-speaking stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Finnish employment legislation, documentation, and practicalities.
