Our client company is seeking an experienced leader to promote the continuous improvement strategy and methodology to their plant site.

You must be willing to:
Support the site project identification process from a CI standpoint
Support site Lean & Six Sigma projects in order to drive continuous improvement
Act as change agent/define/conduct complex improvement project teams as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt project following LSS methodology/criteria
Direct the Site Trainer/support personnel in leading/developing site training programs
Identify best practice Lean Six Sigma developments

Requirements (IF YOU DONT HAVE THESE, DONT APPLY)
BS Chemical Engineering or related
8+ years experience leading/facilitating continuous improvement initiatives in a chemical or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry plant environment
Proven proficiency in Lean problem solving/root cause/waste reducing tools/processes/concepts
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Experience leading Process/Manufacturing/Safety/ Security/ Sanitation/Quality Policies/SOPs/reporting
Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt Certification preferred
