For our ambitious, fast growing team in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Product Development Intern from February 2023. Working in the Product Development team you will facilitate the growth of HelloFresh in the Benelux and France by supporting projects for our HelloFresh Market: our 300+ portfolio of curated products which our customers can add to their mealbox.

Within this role, you will support the success of the HelloFresh Market by making sure the right products are offered to our customers, analyzing data, coming up with recommendations as well as implementing your recommendations, giving you the chance to really develop yourself. This is a unique opportunity to learn and gain experience in a growing business that is leading the way in the food industry.

With our (small but growing) team, we are constantly developing, implementing and evaluating relevant concepts for our customers! From a new breakfast box to temporary Christmas assortment - and from Belgian-specific products to relevant additions to your HelloFresh mealbox recipe! Speed, a commercial mindset and creativity play an important role in our everyday work. This is how youll make an impact


Analyzing HelloFresh Market performance and coming up with tangible improvements and/or new business ideas;

Implementing these improvements and product optimization projects for the HelloFresh market in close collaboration with the team;

On a weekly basis making sure the right products are offered to our customers and verifying the data is aligned between the various systems;

Supporting in the realization of new product introductions for the HelloFresh Market

Performing customer, competitor and market analysis to distill insights to improve the HelloFresh Market.


These are the ingredients youll bring to the team


You are ideally currently pursuing or have recently graduated from a Masters degree or are in your final year of a Bachelors degree, preferably in business or economics, and would like to explore whether a combination of business strategy and analytics is your strong suit;

Enthusiasm for new product development and a strong motivation for HelloFresh are key!

You speak fluent English

You ideally have previous internship experience and you possess two main characteristics: good with data and good with people;

You are proficient in Excel and can find your way around;

You are a proactive and detail-oriented problem-solver

In addition you know how to communicate and interact with people, as well as how to approach various stakeholders to get things done;
