(Senior) Content & Inbound Marketing Manager*

YOUR NEW ENVIRONMENT:

Our strong customer- and needs-oriented approach creates the challenge that classic outbound sales measures are ineffective and therefore we have to focus more on inbound strategies and target group-oriented content when generating new leads. To this end, we are looking for support for the implementation and further development of inbound and content marketing strategies!

Aufgaben

WHAT AWAITS YOU:

You will be responsible for building and continuously developing our content and inbound marketing strategy with the goal of lead generation.

• To this end, you will create and manage a target group-oriented and balanced content plan with the appropriate mix of formats (e.g. blog, webinars, events)
• You will design, manage and optimize content campaigns across multiple channels (e.g. SEO, SEA, social, email).
• In addition, you will help build and develop a marketing automation and lead nurturing process
• You will bridge the gap between our technical experts and content creation and thus ensure continuous content delivery together with the team. In this way, you anchor content as a relevant success factor in the company.

Qualifikation

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:

You already have experience as a marketing, inbound marketing or content marketing manager*, ideally in the field of professional services and SaaS.

• You are passionate about growth hacking and motivated to position FELD M as a thought leader. You keep up to date with new trends and developments in online and content marketing.
• You have experience in managing and optimizing different marketing channels (SEO/SEA, social, email), as well as with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot).
• You work analytically and data-driven. Ideally, you already have experience in using common analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
• You are a team player and can inspire and motivate others for your topics.
• We are looking forward to your support in full time or (with at least 30 hours per week) part-time - let's talk about which model is best for you.
• In order to ensure a good workflow within and across teams it is best if you are located within +/-2h CET.
