Position Purpose

Lead the development of the learning strategy for commercial sales teams, manage its implementation and measure its impact across the CEETII Cluster.
Act as a liaison, provides strategic support to matrix team stakeholders within the cluster, and manage the end-to-end process to achieve excellent implementation of training operations.
Work within market commercial leadership and matrix teams as well as Worldwide Training & Development teams (WWT&D) to collaborate and implement key learning initiatives


CEETII Cluster
including: Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Greece, Israel, Turkey and India.



Key Responsibilities

Partners with senior leadership teams across the CEETII Cluster to develop training strategies and plans, taking into consideration business priorities and resources.
Develops & implements strategic training plan for commercial sales teams; including disease state/clinical/product knowledge, selling, account management & leadership skills.
Collaborate on key product launch initiatives with the in market and above market teams & fully leverage WWT&D curriculums.
Aligns and communicates training strategy, plans and resources with key stakeholders & matrix teams within CEETII Cluster.
Support the strategic evolution of sales team through building the omnichannel sales capability to drive customer experience excellence.
Drive innovative learning solutions that demonstrate value (effective & efficient) and leverage technology, platforms and processes.
Consistently demonstrate measurable impact and value through agreed metrics aligned to the business objectives.
Ensure appropriate tracking and documentation of learning in accordance with company policy and local regulations.
Co-ordinate training delivery with external partners as needed.
Ongoing analysis of field training needs based on current and future requirements and evolving internal/external environment.


Education & Experience

BA/BS degree required
Demonstrated sales experience with a strong sales and behavioural performance history
Training/L&D experience -
required

Experience working in above an market role (preferred)
Healthcare/Pharmaceutical experience (preferred)
Experience working in oncology, hematology, cardiovascular and/or immunology therapy areas (an advantage)


Knowledge & Skills

Product and disease state knowledge
Healthcare system & pharmaceutical marketplace knowledge
Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures & countries
Strategic and critical thinking
Ability to lead initiatives and deliver results across matrix teams and/or multiple countries.
Intermediate knowledge of adult learning principles and learning design
Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills across diverse audiences and different levels of the organization.
Proven project management experience
Effective facilitation and presentation skills across hybrid working environments
Curiosity & innovative thinking
Management of external vendors and budgets


Software Experience:

Microsoft Office
Virtual training platforms
Learning Management platforms
Collaboration platforms (e.g. MS Teams, MS Sharepoint)


Travel Requirements:

Travel 10-20% for meetings and in person training events
Overnight Absences Once per month based on country visits
