Our client company, a state of the art, global chemical leader is seeking an experienced manager to provide Strategic Ownership of the Maintenance/Reliability program & development of the group.
You must be willing to:
Provide day to day direction for maintenance/reliability group ( 11)
Career development /succession planning
Be accountable for all site maintenance (routine and turnarounds) & reliability projects
Maintain compliance with all PSM/OSHA 1910.119 & environmental regulations
Develop/implement the annual strategic objectives & budget for the Group
Support achievement of overall site objectives
Monitor timely completion of safety/environmental/equipment related corrective actions
Requirements (IF YOU DONT HAVE THESE, DONT APPLY)
BS Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (PE Certification preferred)
15+ years in Maintenance/ Reliability Engineering/Management in a PSM regulated Chemical Plant
10+ years of progressive Leadership experience in chemical plant maintenance
Experience with PSM systems and hazardous processes (OSHA 1910.119)/CMMS/RCA/PM/Maintenance Work Process
