Tasks
- You are responsible for our Recruitment and Employee branding
- You develop company objectives and goals for the HR department
- You create strategies to hire key members of the team
- As part of the leadership team, you ensure that Blindside stays a great place to work.
- In your first month, you will be familiarized with our team, processes and product. You are developing strategies and objectives for recruitment.
- In the following months, your knowledge of our processes has drastically increased and you are implementing your first strategies.
- At the end of your first year, you have an advanced foundation of product and business processes. You will have shaped the team and working culture with your hires and processes.

- You are an organizational talent and do not shy away from responsible tasks.
- You work in a solution-oriented manner.
- You are transparent, mindful and empathetic.
- You can easily express your ideas in written and spoken English & German.
