Description:
As a Waymo Program Manager, you will collaborate with internal customers and external business partners to gather project requirements and success metrics, document detailed plans, communicate status regularly, and usher projects to completion. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks, and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects will span offices and time zones, and it's your job to keep the team coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Synthesize data to pareto risks and drive to closure
- Collaborate with engineers and external business partners to develop detailed program timelines with relevant milestones.
- Lead regular project meetings to ensure alignment, communication, and project execution on time and within budget.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS Degree in Engineering or Business Discipline
- 3+ Years experience in Program Management
- Direct experience in working in Engineering or Manufacturing Teams, experience working in hardware development space preferred
