Client : Justice Center for the Protection of People with Special Needs
Requirements :
- 84 Months of Experience leading IT projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scope, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
- 84 Months of Experience working with stakeholders to determine and define project objectives and scope including criteria for success
- 84 Months of Experience developing and managing a detailed project schedule and work plan showing dependencies and milestones
- 60 Months of Experience leading elicitation sessions using variety of information gathering methods such as interviews, documentation analysis, surveys, site visits, business models with executives, managers, developers and subject matter experts.
- 60 Months of Experience creating reports and presentations, and presenting information to leadership and/or other stakeholders.
- 48 Months of Experience as a project manager on application development projects in cloud infrastructure
- 36 Months of Experience creating Business Cases to present to governing body for project approvals
