Job Description:

This is a hand-on execution role (80-90%) with the ability to see big picture and guide discussions and/or provide input on future state of Apple's Recruiting platform (10 - 20%). I am looking for a strong BA with stakeholder management who can bring industry best practices into the team while leveraging their experience of implementation of multiple HR/Recruiting platforms for large companies and having dealt with product & engineering sides. Projects: ATP Enhancements including changes needed to move towards Future State Recruiting Platform, ATP changes to support Workday
