Assistant Property Manager Real Estate
Location of role: Oak Brook IL or Warrenville IL onsite 5 days a week, do not need to be vaccinated
Salary up to 45K full time
Key Points of the role:
Assistant Property Manager real estate
-
- To do whatever is needed for the successful management of multi-family
- Apartment complexes: assisting in leasing, collecting rents, monitoring
- Maintenance issues, keeping records, dealing with subcontractors,
- Involve in marketing/promotions.
Offices / properties are generally open between 10am-6pm. Not sure if this candidate would need to be on-site all the time, but even if they don't, they should be comfortable being there as needed.
