JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Supply Chain Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis team you will serve as a technical expert, internal consultant, and project leader whose role is to collaborate, understand, and improve business systems and processes throughout Supply Chain Finance.
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
Partner with Supply Chain Finance (SCF) business partners to understand forecasting and analysis needs, opportunities, and existing systems and processes.
Provide consultation and partnership with SCF team to design, deploy, and sustain solutions.
Lead solution delivery through disciplined use of project management phases: requirements gathering, prioritization, understanding processes and data, tool selection, solution design, solution building, validation, documentation, deployment, and stabilization.
Prioritize deliverables with partners and explain risk, benefits, level of effort, and assess ROI for projects.
Facilitate collaboration between the SCF team and other areas of the organization including IT and Global Business Services.
Participate in strategy discussions to understand business requirements for future reporting needs and system enhancements.
Participate in the design and development of future COGS forecasting system.
Stay up to date on process improvement tools and solutions, including automation, through collaboration with IT and LinkedIn Learning modules.
Design and build process improvements and reports using tools like Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.
KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree with 3+ years related business experience.
Experienced using SAP applications (e.g. R3, S4, BPC).
Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Power Query.
