This is an engineering role with responsibility for enabling modernization in the Order Management domain and execution for GPCs vision of a unified order management platform.
The Senior Software Engineer Supply Chain OMS will be part of the team that supports NAPA Order Management applications across the United States. The individual will take direction from the Manager works with other Engineers Senior Engineers Product Managers to Develop Configure Test and Support the Systems as well as mentor other Engineers.

Desired Qualifications & Experiences
- Bachelors degree in Engineering related field or equivalent experience
- 2 years (3 preferred) years of software development experience preferably with high volume Order Management domain
- Experience working with Packaged Order Management solutions with development and configuration experience (preferably IBM Sterling OMS or similar deployed as SAAS or an onprem Cloud solution)
- 2 years (3 preferred) experience developing extensions of DOM and OMS systems preferable Sterling OMS. Expertise in Java/J2EE XML XSLT Oracle and Middleware technologies.
- Experience in building cloud native microservices using Spring Boot or equivalent.
- Experience in designing event driven mechanisms publish/subscribe models.
- 2 Experience with cloud computing on atleast one of major providers (Google Cloud Platform AWS or Azure) STRONGLY Preferred.
- Experience in destructive testing methodologies and tools.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
