A career in Administration and Secretarial Services, within Internal Firm Services, will give you with the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC employees. Youll focus on using business software applications to prepare reports, receiving and directing incoming calls or emails to the appropriate parties, arranging business travel, tracking expenses, and coordinating meeting arrangements.

Conducting process improvement activities to increase speed, consistency and quality while reducing complexity;

Creating project and process documentation including project plans, status updates, process mapping, etc.;
Monitoring project performance, scope, schedule, financial and appropriate business measurements as set forth in the project charter and provide appropriate report out;

Understanding the importance of efficiency, and identifying and proactively suggesting solutions and improvements to project approach.
