RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the submission and processing of necessary permits according to respective Government Bureau Responsible for the checking of all documents both for import and export shipment Responsible for creating categories that would harmonize and clarify HS code for each import plan Responsible for dealing, negotiating and discussing with appropriate personnel to ensure proper protocols are followed within the appropriate bureau Responsible for the tracking, warehousing and transportation, and distribution of goods REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree in business management/Accounting or Logistics or any business and management courses At least 3 years of working experience in the same field Having a strong logical and analytical thinking Has a broad knowledge and experience of import and export Able to operate the Customs systems well Advanced work knowledge with Excel Preferably knows how to speak Mandarin Willing to work on extended hours to ensure that all necessary works are delivered on-time RECRUITMENT PROCESS: Initial interview Final interview
