Senior Growth/Business Development Manager (m/f/d)

WangRamirez is the artistic dance duet of the choreographers Honji Wang and S bastien Ramirez. Having their foundation in Hip Hop, WangRamirez established their dance company, Wang Ramirez, in 2010 in France.

The company s unique choreographic language, full of technical virtuosity, poetry and humor has been recognized with many international awards such as the Bessie award.

The founder s mission is to create multidisciplinary works and pieces that move the audience in every sense, We truly believe that this cultural form is a great contribution to society and has an impact on all generations. Our aim is to explore and develop our artistic language, reach a broader audience and to inspire them with our work.

After producing numerous critically acclaimed works, the next step for the company is to find a partner to further amplify and support the future growth of the company.

Tasks

The ideal fit is someone with the ability to think strategically, has a "roll up their sleeves" and growth hacking attitude. We seek those with a proven ability to innovate and simplify, a bias for action, and the capacity to identify, implement and monitor scaling initiatives and campaigns across all channels.

What your role will look like:

Business Development

• You help identify opportunities for new revenue streams and develop concrete plans and goals for Marketing and Sales to make your strategy come to life
• You champion and manage new projects yourself to create new marketing and sales opportunities
• You build the organizational network through targeted outreach and reliable project planning while overseeing the budgets
• You have a good sense of market value (e.g. prices, contacts, contracts) which helps you create more ideas for revenue-generating

Growth of current business/Sales/Marketing

• You manage and plan the steps for revenue growth and for raising our brand awareness in Germany, France and worldwide
• You manage relationships with customers and to into negotiations of contracts and conditions
• You are a communications genius and can sell the vision and product to a variety of audiences in the appropriate way, your thought process is always future-oriented
• You have strong sales skills and attitude and reaching goals is motivating for you
• You oversee all areas of the business: Production, Marketing, Artistic Realization, Finance

Administrative tasks

• You are overseeing all administrative parts and the service partners involved
• You are responsible for raising funds: new partners, sponsorships, grants, etc.
• You use numbers to create transparency and clarity for the status quo and for the future plans
• You will be leading various teams involved in the production of projects

Requirements

• Bachelor s and/or Master s degree in a business-related discipline e.g. Marketing or Public Relations
• You bring a minimum of 3-5 years of working experience with a focus on strategy and/or business development in a similar field
• You have gained experience in Sales, Marketing and/or PR and have successfully worked with small businesses as well as corporates
• You have a personal desire to work in a start-up-like culture and to make a big impact with a high level of independence and responsibilities
• You have strong communication skills and have proven to be goal-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Your working style is driven by a structured/well-organized and analytical, yet collaborative and hands-on approach
• You have extensive industry experience and managed to build a broad network over the years
• You can focus on the essentials and simplify complex topics and break them down into executable goals
• You are a true team player with an ambitious and driven approach
• Leadership experience is of advantage, despite this being an individual contributor role for now
• Fluency in English additional fluency in French of advantage
