In our Operations Department, we ensure smooth processes by combining operational thinking with strategic skills.
Together with your colleagues from our document management team, you will manage the logistics of document shipping and approvals for our Autohero customers. If you enjoy and are interested in acting independently and responsibly, then you've come to the right place.
Your new role
- Initiate and organize independently the document dispatch and the registrations of all sold vehicles in Germany
- Coordinate the delivery to the end customer and identify problems in case of delays
- Help our customers with queries by being solution and customer oriented
- Exchange constantly with other internal departments as well as external cooperation partners and stakeholders
- Support process improvements and contribute your own ideas
Your skills
- Completed vocational training, e.g. as a retail salesperson, hotel specialist, restaurant specialist or similar
- Or initial experience in a service-oriented environment such as customer service or customer support
- You show commitment, enjoy change, stay calm even in stressful situations and find pragmatic solutions
- High level of initiative, sense of responsibility, enthusiasm for your work and team spirit
- Experience with MS Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage
- Very good command of written and spoken German and English
