Job description:

Staff resources must have a minimum of five (5) years of verifiable experience within the last seven (7) years from the Solicitation Date

The Project Manager shall possess five (5) years' experience within the last seven (7) years from the Solicitation Date working as a Project Manager/Product Manager on IT projects involving design, development /configuration, implementation, and deployment of complex applications

The Project Manager must have three (3) years' experience working as a Project Manager on IT projects managing the design, development/configuration, implementation, and deployment of a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) product.

The Project Manager must have three (3) years' experience working on at least one (1) successful IT project which utilized an Agile software delivery methodology; the PM experience should be as a Product Manager, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master or Agile Coach role, working to ensure the team is working effectively and delivering business value efficiently
