Tyson Foods Infrastructure-as-a-Service Tech Team is seeking an administrator for our global Desktop Support Technician in our Northwest Arkansas Office. The ideal candidate has enterprise experience, proven ability to support and maintain organizational computer systems, desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, printers, and peripherals. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all organizational hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance. The candidate will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via internal service management system) in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required. Demonstrated technical aptitude with ability to resolve technical issues quickly while providing superior customer service skills.
