Job Description
Specific Tasks:
Work with reporting team to understand system changes.
Develop training plan.
Develop curriculum.
Develop eLearning.
Provide classroom training of end users.
Log class completion in HealthLearning.
Answer staff questions about workflows and functionality.
Consult with County Instructional Designers to ensure knowledge so that they are able to provide ongoing education related to reporting within their Epic applications.
Provide new hire training materials to County Instructional Designers responsible for reporting workbench.
Required Skills & Abilities:
Must be able to develop curriculum and eLearning for Epic's Cogito functionality.
Must have experience with training on Epic reporting, preferably the new Cogito tools.
Certifications:
Epic's Cogito Curriculum.
