Location Details:

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-events or offsites. Your hiring manager can share more about this roles hybrid or remote time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days)and some work entirely remotely.

This position may be a hybrid or fully remote position, as decided by your manager. If designated as hybrid, youll divide your time between working remotely from your home and an office location, so you should live within commuting distance. If designated as remote, youll be working remotely from your home and may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for designation.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

The Director, Brand Analytics, is expected to provide internal thought leadership in building our Brand Measurement POV and approach. We are looking for a Brand Analytics leader who is equally fluent with Brand Marketers and Analytics & Modeling teams alike to bring the teams together and build value. This is a high visibility role within GoDaddy with two key stakeholders the CMOs leadership team and the CFOs leadership team looking to this role to guide the investment framework for growing the GoDaddy Brand. This leader will be comfortable in working with ambiguous situations and building the narrative backed by data to support the our global marketing organization.

What you'll get to do...


Lead all workstreams related to Brand Analytics and build strong trust across Brand Marketing, Analytics, Data Science / Machine Learning and Finance teams. Be the owner for Brand analytics roadmap and communicate to a broad group of key partners.

Build the measurement framework to understand the long-term impact of brand media investment and its contribution to GoDaddys financial outcomes.

Uplevel the Brand Measurement tools in partnership with the Brand Marketing team. Build correlations between the actions taken by the brand team and outcomes in brand health metrics.

Collaborate with expert modeling teams to quantify the long- and short-term impact of Brand Media investments.

Own and maintain the dashboards needed for the Brand team to own the business.

Identify potentially new data sources to help measurement and predictability of Brand media

Uplevel the Brand data infrastructure by building data enablement workstreams to support Brand dashboards, enabling modeling teams to get reliable data inputs for models

Act as the consultant with the Data Science / Machine Learning teams to ensure models needed to get insights into Brand medias impact are delivered


Your experience should include...


12 years in Brand Analytics with leading Financial Services, CPG or Marketing Agency

Proven experience in building replacing ambiguity with structure and framework

Experience aligning strategy and roadmaps and communicating them with executive teams

Very strong communicator with the ability to influence across all levels and multiple subject areas

GoDaddy's compensation is local to where you are and may vary based on an individual's qualifications at the time of the offer. The anticipated annual base salary ranges for select locations are listed below:


Seattle - $173000.00 to $216000.00

Colorado - $144000.00 to $180000.00
