Job Description
Focus Search LLC is recruiting for an SEC Reporting Manager for rapidly growing biotech manufacturing company in the Seattle area. This role will be a core member of the corporate finance team and lead SEC reporting. The right person for this role will oversee the external reporting process, work across departments, ensure compliance and prepare SEC disclosure checklists. This role requires the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, maintain organization, streamline functions and be a team player.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA required
- 5+ years of Public Audit and/or industry experience
- Strong Technical Accounting expertise
- Leadership experience with SEC filings
