Job Title: Virtual F5 AdministratorLocation: RemoteDuration: 6 monthsVisa: Citizen onlyMOI: skypeResponsibilities Include: Designing and implementing cloud network infrastructureVirtual F5 Development and AdministrationResolving issues as a member of our ITIL escalation teamMentoring team members and supporting both internal and external delivery projectsRequired Skills 2-4 years Industry-related experience as a Cloud Network Engineer, likely this is in addition to 5+ years of general network engineering experience 2-4 years managing F5 virtual appliances with special emphasis on LTM, ASM, APM IT security processes and controls knowledge as well as IT infrastructure and networking technical knowledge Local and wide area networking concepts, principles, and protocols Senior level understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP, UDP) and DNS Strong understanding of application layer protocols including HTTP, SSH, SSL Experience with alternate management methods using SSH, serial connections, and the command-line interface for F5 - TMSH Familiarity with access control models and network security Senior level experience/understanding of Cert management, creating & deploying Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools (e.g. wireshark) Ability to work independently and Strong analytical skills Ability to think strategically and make collaborative decisions Development/Programming experience with tools such as Unix Shell, Python Experience in documentation tools such as Visio and Microsoft Office productsNice to Have Any of: CompTIA A+ Certification CompTIA Network+ Certification F5 certification AWS Certification Azure Certification Perform in-depth troubleshooting of issues as needed including packet captures Experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery Practices and automation tools Azure DevOps, Git, Ant, Maven, Jenkins,
