Roles and Responsibilities: Lead analysis of sales, traffic, conversion, and order yield data to support improved sales performance Work with analytics, product, and sales to improve operational performance Drive requirements to automate and build self-service solutions for routine reporting requests, e.g., Executive Reporting Dashboard, User Story intake, etc. Work with product managers and digital marketing teams to optimize end-to-end sales performance of the site Develop deep insights on special sales events, and derive generally useful insights from them Measure campaign effectiveness Advocate for site, data, and tagging quality. 1) Maintain and support relationships with key stakeholders, actively managing their expectations and monitoring satisfaction levels. 2) Engage and capture the needs of a diverse group of Stakeholders enterprise wide. 3) Ensure all requirements for all requests are documented via approved requirements templates and delivery plan templates. 4) Ensure agreed services are being delivered to requirements and requestor expectations and satisfaction levels are met. 5) Research issues and work with appropriate support from development teams through resolution. 6.) May be involved in recommending business solutions/alternatives. 7) Liaison to clients and other IT organizations as a subject matter expert on the business processes they represent. 8) Track and monitor requirements traceability to project deliverables. 9) Provide Project Manager with time and resource estimates for requirements.
