Job Description
Position Overview: As a Junior Digital Strategy yst you will ist in the development and of digital marketing strategies yze digital performance metrics and support strategic initiatives to optimize our online presence. You will work closely with senior ysts and digital marketing teams to provide insights and recommendations based on datadriven ysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- ist in the creation and implementation of digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Monitor and yze digital performance metrics including website traffic social media engagement and conversion rates.
- Generate reports on digital marketing performance and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct market research and competitor ysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support the development of digital content strategies and ist with content creation as needed.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for digital initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in digital marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Data ytics or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in digital marketing data ysis or a similar role (internships included).
- Strong ytical ss with proficiency in data ysis tools (e.g. Google ytics Excel).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms (e.g. SEO SEM social media email marketing).
- Excellent communication ss and the ability to present datadriven insights effectively.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management ss.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with digital marketing software and tools (e.g. Google Ads SEMrush HubSpot).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development principles.
