Education:
HS Diploma or GED
Provides administrative support to the HR function in the areas of Total Rewards (Benefits/Compensation/HRIS) and other general HR tasks and projects. Examples of work includes but not limited to: inventorying and categorizing boxes from L3 headquarters in NYC; separating employee files active vs. terms and filed according to dates; separating boxes into function areas and preparing for shipping to other areas; moving files into bankers boxes and labeling with permanent markers as well as completing inventory spreadsheets. Candidate will need to have excellent computer and personal interaction skills; discretion is vital as they will be exposed to sensitive and confidential information.
