Compulsory Internship (m/f/d) UX/UI Design & Branding

You want to learn a lot and work independently in a small startup? Are you interested in digitalization, agile working and the tourism industry? Then you've come to the right place!

We are Irene and Paul, the founders of Urban Monkeys. With Urban Monkeys we will bring city travel and sightseeing into the 21st century - personalized, sustainable and end-to-end digitized. To ensure that our users not only get all the information they need for the perfect city trip, but also have fun using it, we are looking for you to join our design team, ideally to start on 15.11.2022.

Tasks

What are you doing with us?

• Creating designs and user journeys for our iOS & Android application, on- and offline advertising campaigns, presentations and building the "Urban Monkeys" Brand
• Design illustrations, videos and animations
• Intensive collaboration with marketing, product and analytics to incorporate your ideas and work across the board
• A/B testing and revision based on user feedback

Requirements

What should you bring with you?

• Enthusiasm and courage to learn new things and grow together with us
• Very good communication skills in English, and ideally in German
• Creativity, self-motivation and a 'doer' mentality
• An eye and a passion for good design, emotions and empathy
• Proof from your university/university that you are doing a compulsory internship with us ('Pflichtpraktikum)
• Ideally, you live in Berlin - if not, we still look forward to your application and will surely find a remote solution that suits everyone
• Please note that we can currently only consider applications from EU-based candidates
