Position: Oracle Data Modeler Architect

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months

Job description:

• 8+ plus years of IT experience.
• Data warehouse design and data modeling for data warehouses (e.g., star schema) using data modeling tools like ErWin
• 6+ years' experience in a hands-on technical development role related to Oracle's Cloud-based analytics platforms including OAC, ADW, ODI and/or FAW. Please note that similar experience with Oracle's on-premises solutions such as OBIEE or BI Apps will also be considered
• Proficiency in FAW (ERP and SCM), ADW, OAC (Classic, Data Visualization, Semantic Model Development) and ODI
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financial System modules - General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Asset Management
• Technical knowledge of the table structures in Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud ERP and/or Oracle Cloud SCCM (for data extraction purposes)
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Object Storage
• Must have experience integrating Oracle ERP and SCM data with CRM (Salesforce) and/or HCM data (Workday)
• Experience with common web connectivity and integration standards/protocols like XML, SOAP, REST, JSON and JDBC
• Experience with Alteryx, Spark or other commercial ETL tools and cloud data pipelines
• Excellent communications skills, comfortable working with middle and senior management
• 5+ years of experience in an Agile development environment. Experience with SAFe is a plus.
• Data lake design patterns and technologies object-storage based and otherwise
• Design of data pipelines and ELT-based data integration
• Security design including SSO and row/data level security
• Prior Oracle data warehouse experience, ideally with integration to/from Oracle Applications/third party applications.
• Prior ODI/OBIA experience would be added plus
• Excellent SQL query and debugging skills
• Hands-on experience with Rest Web Services, web applications, JSM, transactional databases, and NoSQL databases
• Certifications in OAC and/or ADW preferred
