Job Description:

This is a request to engage the services of a contractor with significant skills in support of the Mainframe DASD-storage/Data Protection infrastructure. The primary work involved will support the Mainframe Broadcom/CA toolset conversion to IBM's suite of products project. Project implementation is expected to start September 2022 and end no later than 2024. DIT storage supports multiple CA products for the Mainframe, most notable, CA-1/TMS (Tape Management System which is used for all agency backup & recovery. Staff is needed with knowledge of IBM RMM and conversion to the latter. There also the potential that both products will need to run in parallel as not all agencies will be participating in this transition.
