Metabay is platform powered by NFT technology, that allows influencers to get closer to their community through 1,000 unique access passes. Those digital access passes offer to fans unique connections, exclusive content, and gift/rewards from influencer s universe. Those access passses are unique, traceable, and can be exchanged within the fans. Meanwhile, the influencer get funds to build more content/projects, offer value to the community, and get further exposure to grow his community.

Metabay ambition is to become the leading web 3.0 platform for influencer s, allowing community to connect with them like never before.

Tasks

• Full-time internship preferred, part-time of 3 days per week possible
• Execute digital marketing activities which includes but not limited to Social Media Content, SEO, Newsletter, Online Reputation Management and Analytics.
• Spend time and effort to animate and grow the Discord community
• Planning and execution of SEO campaigns: backlink & affiliation, on-site optimisations, off-site optimisations and measuring impact and effectiveness
• Set up Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Business Profile etc.)
• Scheduling content and monitoring results of social media marketing efforts (Twitter, TikTok, Instagram)
• Assist in social asset creation: manage freelance designer as needed, support brand founder as needed, assist in production of how-to videos and other content
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing, update website and overall strategy.
• Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.

Requirements

Required

• Previous experience in study, personal project, or/and internship of digital marketing
• Tapped into trends in social media/digitally-savvy.
• Passion for web 3.0 and blockchain technologies
• Autonomous, proactive, and like to take initiatives
• Enjoys working in a fast paced & dynamic environment

Preferred

• Prior experience in Startup
• Knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator/
