Job Description
Responsibilities:
- OMS deployments and hands on troubleshooting.
- Good Knowledge in Microservices
- Excellent Support and Flexible with shift timings
- Experience in offshore and onshore model
- Troubleshoot on the issues which customer reported and provide quick resolution on the reported issues
- Develop code to meet functional and technical requirements for fix and minor enhancements
- Perform OMS configuration, development, unit testing and support.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level.
Qualifications:
- Passionate coder with 8-10 years of application development experience with Order Management platform. (Sterling Commerce)
- Call Center and Web Store development experience is preferred!
- Client facing or consulting experience.
- Phenomenal communicators who can explain and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike, including high level decision makers.
- Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written, etc.) with technical and non-technical staff.
- Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or comparable major.
