Network Consultant

Job Summary:

The Network Consultant will be responsible for assessing client network requirements designing customized solutions and implementing network infrastructure to meet business needs. This role requires strong technical proficiency communication skills and the ability to deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and audits of client network infrastructure to identify strengths weaknesses and opportunities for improvement.
• Design scalable and resilient network solutions that align with client business goals and technical requirements.
• Develop detailed network architecture plans including diagrams configurations and implementation strategies.
• Implement network infrastructure including routers switches firewalls and VPNs according to industry best practices.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices to ensure optimal performance security and reliability.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and IT teams to provide technical guidance and support throughout project lifecycles.
• Perform network optimization and capacity planning to accommodate growth and changes in client environments.
• Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for client IT staff on newly implemented solutions.
• Document project deliverables configurations and support procedures.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g. CCNP CCIE) preferred.
• Minimum of 57 years of experience in network consulting or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex network solutions.
• Indepth knowledge of network protocols security standards and best practices.
• Handson experience with network hardware and software from vendors such as Cisco Juniper Palo Alto etc.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and building strong client relationships.
