With minimal supervision, provides end user and technical support for COTS products. Troubleshoots end user problems, performs data analysis and database scripting, performs software configuration and implementation.

With minimal supervision, provides end-user and technical support for COTS products. Troubleshoots end-user problems, performs data analysis and database scripting, and performs software configuration and implementation. This is a technical support position for third-party software. Candidate should have demonstrable experience in data analysis, SQL scripting, data structures, software configuration, software implementation/deployment, and advanced troubleshooting.
