At HelloFresh UK, we are on the search for an experienced and down-to-earth Internal Communication Manager who is energetic, ambitious and wants to take real ownership for the internal voice of our brand. Were looking for someone who is creative, good with tech, whos passionate about design and creating fun, informative and engaging content to help us bring alive our internal communications to all our different UK teams. Content and design will comply with our external brand guidelines, but theres a real opportunity to help build new internal content that is playful, human and engages food lovers like us!

What you'll do:


Develop our internal communications tone of voice and visual content

Deliver a regular content plan across multiple channels

Create lively and engaging content that connects with our diverse set of colleagues

Continue to evolve our internal brand voice across digital and print channels (posters, newsletters, blogs, video content creation, colleague communication applications)

Experience working in an internal comms role and articulate with a strong tone of voice and able to use this in an creative and engaging way

Confident using creative tools, and able to create print, digital and video content for our corporate and social channels. We need you to be innovative and tech savvy, someone who brings strong skills in this arena so we can bring alive key communications to our diverse population through our different channels and not just in print

Able to think outside the box on new ways to connect with our colleagues. Eager to try new ideas, adapting as you go to create the ultimate colleague experience. Never be scared to push boundaries and experiment to improve each day!
