Job Description
General Manager Managing Partner
We have an exciting opportunity available immediately for an experienced (3+ years) Restaurant General Manager.
We own, operate and license several restaurant concepts in the DC/VA market and are soon to announce the launch of our latest concept as the growth vehicle for our company.
Our new concept will launch with freestanding, ground up locations as well as conversions.
This is an upscale/premium casual venue, $4M + annual F&B revenue and chef driven.
Our GM program offers an excellent compensation program $85K - $90K base, profit share and a full array of benefits commensurate with this high profile position.
We are seeking a combination of leadership, savvy operations experience, talent development and acquisition and the ability to drive financial results.
General Manager candidates with some culinary experience in their career background will be highly desirable for this concept.
Prior new opening experience is also a plus.
