Preparing dough, sauces, chicken and various toppings, such as tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats
Monitoring the temperature of the ovens as well as cooking times.
Preparing high-quality food according to our recipes.
Monitoring inventory and placing orders for more supplies as needed.
Cleaning workstations before food preparation.
Ensuring that all utensils and cooking equipment are sterilized before each use.
Plating or packaging food accordingly.
Managing all food order slips and ensuring that customers orders are completed in a timely manner.
Disposing of expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift.
Assisting other cooks to ensure that food orders are completed in a timely manner.
Ensures all kitchen areas are kept organized and clean, including storage shelves, hallways,
Proven experience working as a Cook.
The ability to follow recipes.
The ability to work in a team.
The ability to stand for extended periods of time.
Effective communication skills.
A minimum of 3 years experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen operation is required.
wages depend on experience $13 to $15 per hour
Important information: Flexibility in schedule is required. Position requires extended work hours, including evening, night, weekend and holiday hours as needed.
