We are looking for team members who come to the table with a shared passion formaking food the world loves. As a part of our manufacturing group, you will be responsible forpreventative and reactive maintenance of processing and packaging equipmentand providing technical support to improve and optimize within the manufacturing operations and processes.

Pay Rate:
$31.89 per hour with annual wage progression up to $35.70 per hour
Shift differential
Additional $.24 per hour for hours worked on 2ndshift
Additional $.31 per hour for hours worked on 3rdshift
Overtime (1.5x hourly rate) for hours worked over 40
Weekendpremiumpay Saturday (1.5x hourly rate), Sunday (2x hourly rate)
Holiday pay (if eligible for holiday pay and holiday is worked, 3x hourly rate)
Weekly paycheck via direct deposit
Schedule:
8-hourshifts
1stshift: 7 am to 3 pm
2ndshift: 3 pm to 11 pm
3rdshift: 11 pm to 7 am
Shift scheduleof 2ndor 3rdshiftto be determinedduring orientation andbased on availability and business need
Ability and willingness to work overtime, any shift, including days, nights, weekends,andholidays
Plant operation is 24 hours a day, 7 days per week

Your seat at the tablewill include:(Duties and Responsibilities)
Following all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Maintaining, installing, replacing, and repairingindustrial processing and packaging equipment
Providingtechnical support andbeingthe subject matter expert during equipment troubleshooting and modifications
Performingboth uptime and downtime preventative maintenance work to improve equipment reliability and write follow up work orders as needed
Performingcorrective maintenance work orders
Documentingplant maintenance activities in a computerized maintenance management system
Repairingand maintainingparts and components of plant utilities distribution systems
Performingbasic machining and welding tasks
Understanding ofcircuit layouts; replacingand troubleshootinginstrumentation, motors, and other electrical equipment/components
Participatingand leadingContinuous Improvement initiatives to increase plant's safety and performance
Assistingand trainingother employees to improve their technical understanding
Performingadditional related tasks as assigned
Leading with and championing human and food safety

Your recipe for successmust include:(Minimum Qualifications)
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have the ongoing right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
High School Diploma or GED
1 year experience in industrial maintenance or equivalent experience in a maintenance field
Proficiency in basic computer skills
Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
Must be able to lift, move, push, pull50 lbs as required by the position
Must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods of time, including standing, walking, climbing, bending, squatting, pushing, pulling and twisting over surfaces
Ability to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms
Willing and able to work any shift schedule, including nights and weekends, daily overtime or overtime outside of your regular scheduled hours as required (more than 40 hours per week)
Ability to wear protective clothing and equipment such as safety shoes, face masks, safety glasses, hearing protection, a hard hat, a hair/beard net and gloves when required
Willing and able to adhere to all grooming requirements necessary for a food manufacturing environment
Ability to work in hot, cold, noisy, dusty, wet environmental working conditions
Ability to work with allergens that might be present in a food environment
Willing to work around industrial high-speed moving machinery
Ability to work in confined space such as bins, silos, or tanks

Preferred Qualifications:
Technical degree in industrial maintenance or related field
Computer Maintenance Management System experience (Maximo)
