AP/CP and Surgical Pathologist Opening in Upper Midwest
Sant Consulting is excited to bring you this unique opportunity with our client, that is community based and cohesive private pathology group located in the Upper Midwest.
Due to a growing case load they are seeking a full-time board certified or eligible fellowship trained (preferred), Anatomic and Clinical Pathologist. In addition to the three current pathologists the practice employs a Physician Assistant that helps with grossing and other lab responsibilities.
This group covers service from a local 600+ bed hospital. They have a large and growing workload with total of 25 pathologist on the team. Competitive salary plus an annual bonus, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, Long-Tern and Short-Term Disability, 401(k), Paid Vacation, and CME.
Case mix including.
- Surgical Accessions
- Cytology
- Gyn and Non-Gyn
- Large volume of CP lab tests
- Biopsy heavy, with mix of general surgery and oncological cases
They are a high energy, collegial group, dedicated to providing precise and expedient results to all their patients. They are seeking someone who is ready to hit the ground running. On call responsibilities are shared equally amongst the pathologists and there are no weekend hours unless on call.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, stable career, good communicator, team player and confident in their sign out abilities.
