Key Responsibilities and Duties
Collaborate with UX, product and technology partners to fully understand the customer journey, potential gaps and opportunities
Using a mobile-first mindset, create end-to-end experiences beginning with low- to high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, visual designs, and documentation as needed throughout the design process to appropriately communicate the experience
Continually explore the competitive landscape and trends within the financial service market
Maintain a working knowledge of emerging user interface, interaction design standards and
best practices
Partner with technology partners to ensure technical feasibility and review implementation of the experience
